Even after your purchase, you can fully rely on the professional service of BPS International BV. You can expect at least first-line support from all the products we supply. The knowledge and experience of BPS of most products is so extensive that we can offer you tier2 support.

After your order in our webshop

After ordering, your order will be delivered as quickly as possible. Our experience is that 99% of the products are delivered within 5 working days. A majority of orders are even delivered within 1 to 2 business days. The duration of the transport depends on the delivery location. For an indication of this, please contact us.

Supply conditions

You can view our delivery terms after placing your order or by click here. You can then still decide not to place your order. These conditions have been compiled by the Dutch Thuiswinkel organization in consultation with the Consumers’ Association.
