This compact recorder comes in a sleek, modern and extremely compact design, but offers more functions than other recorders in this price range.

There is a password protection that prevents unauthorized persons from listening to conversations on the device itself or when it is plugged into a computer/laptop. With constant recording, the battery lasts about 15 hours, but if you use the voice activation function, the device has a standby time of no less than 31 days. The battery is ready for use again after 1.5 hours of charging.

It can store up to 1040 hours of audio recordings, has built-in automatic sensitivity control, user-configurable settings, a lapel microphone and an adapter to record calls via your desk phone.

How does the recorder work?

Press the play button to turn on the device. To make a recording, press the red record button and you will see on the screen “record” to indicate that recording is in progress.

The TOP-10 has three different recording modes: continuous, voice-activated and super voice-activated. With voice activation, the device can only record when the sound is heard, the TOP-10 “wakes up” and starts recording immediately. With voice activation, the maximum standby time is 18 hours. In super voice-activated mode, it starts recording when it hears a sound. Recording starts five seconds after the sound is heard. With this setting, the maximum standby time is 31 days.

This device has several folders that are used to separate your recordings. You can listen to the recordings directly from the device or download the files to any computer using the supplied USB cable to save important recordings.
