Telephone training kit

For the use of telephone training, the use of a telephone training kit is indispensable. BPS knows this better than anyone else because we have to deal with employees who are active by telephone every day.

There are many ways of giving telephone training and we have noticed that there is not one standard telephone training kit that meets the needs of all customers. That is why we use the unique concept that each training kit is individually put together. This has the advantage for you as a customer that you can let us know your wishes and demands to fulfill all your specific wishes and requirements.

Eg. the number of telephones that you want, whether you want wired devices or wireless devices. Do you want to record the conversations? If so, do you want to save these conversations on a PC and/or Laptop for later use or evaluation or do you want an “all-in-one” recorder so that you do not have to use a PC and/or Laptop.

All our telephone training kits are delivered in a strong, robust case in which the equipment is well secured during transport and therefore not damaged on the road. By default, all sets are equipped with a telephone exchange to reflect reality as well as possible.
